DENVER -- A man wanted for questioning in the death of a 32-year-old woman has been arrested and now faces a second-degree murder charge. Twenty-eight-year-old Nicky Allen Martinez, of Brighton, was arrested early Saturday near downtown Denver. He's a suspect in the death of Tanya Ealey, whose body was found Thursday night at a Brighton home.Martinez is Ealey's boyfriend, police said.
The coroner said Ealey, 32, died from asphyxiation caused by blunt trauma to the neck.She was last seen leaving her job in Wheat Ridge on Monday night. She was reported missing two days later. A number listed for Martinez has been disconnected and it was unclear whether he has hired an attorney.
