Fresh Berries And Spring Peaches With A St. Germain And Ginger Whipped Cream

The whipped cream is the only thing we’re making, so make as much as you’d like. This recipe will easily make enough for 2 – 4 ppl.
1 cup fresh fruits and berries, washed, trimmed and cut
whipped cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tblsp st germain
1 teaspoon (fine minced or grated) fresh ginger
chocolate sauce to drizzle
using an electric mixer, mix the cream til it forms thick peaks, then add the other ingredients.
If you want it more sweet add more st. germain, or a bit of sugar.
To Plate:
Spoon whipped cream onto plate first, arrange fruits and berries onto whipped cream, serve with biscotti or sugar cookies, drizzle a little chocolate sauce over the whole plate.
